Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of laveneziaballroom.com (the "Site"), operated by La Venezia Ballroom ("La Venezia," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit an inquiry or book an event. A parent or guardian must book events held for a minor, such as a quinceañera or birthday party.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site to learn about La Venezia, request information, schedule tours, and inquire about events. You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to harass, threaten, or harm anyone

Send spam, unsolicited advertising, or automated form submissions

Copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content without our written permission

Try to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

Upload viruses or other harmful code
We may restrict or end your access to the Site at any time if you break these Terms.
Pricing, Availability, and Bookings
Information is not an offer. Prices, packages, menus, photos, and availability shown on the Site are for general information. They may change without notice and are not a binding offer. Photos show past events; your décor and setup may differ.
Inquiries do not reserve a date. Submitting a form, requesting a quote, or touring the ballroom does not hold or guarantee a date. A date is reserved only after you sign our event contract and we receive the required deposit.
The event contract controls. Each booking is governed by a separate written event contract that covers pricing, deposits, payment schedules, cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, guest counts, damages, and venue rules. If anything on the Site conflicts with your signed contract, the contract controls.
Errors. If a price or detail on the Site is wrong, we may correct it. We are not bound by obvious errors.
Our Content and Your Content
Our content. The La Venezia name, logo, photos, videos, text, and design of the Site belong to La Venezia or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share Site pages for personal use, but you may not copy, sell, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Your content. If you send us photos, videos, testimonials, or reviews, or tag La Venezia on social media, you confirm you have the right to share them. You give us a free, non-exclusive permission to display that content on the Site and our social media, with credit where practical. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
Reviews. Reviews and testimonials on the Site reflect real clients' own experiences. We do not edit their meaning, and individual results may vary.
Third-Party Links and Vendors
The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as Google Maps, social media, review sites, booking or payment tools, and the websites of vendors we recommend. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Recommending a vendor is not a guarantee of their work. Any agreement you make directly with an outside vendor is between you and that vendor.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, that the Site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or free of errors or viruses.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, La Venezia and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to $100. Liability for events is governed by your event contract, not these Terms.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and hold La Venezia harmless from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Florida], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in [Lee], [Florida], and you agree to that location.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page and changing the effective date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any signed event contract are the full agreement between you and La Venezia about their subjects.
